Every post is saved as a draft for you to check before it goes out.

Bring in your listings
Paste your Property24 agent page and every listing comes in with its price, rooms, features and photos. You can also paste a single listing from Property24, Private Property or your agency's website, or type one in yourself. Nothing is added until you say so.
Pick the moment
Just listed, Show day, Price reduced, Under offer, Sold or Rented. Choose your photos and the banner goes on the first one, with the price and rooms.
Check it and post
The post is saved as a draft with captions written from the listing's real details. Post it now, schedule it, or set a rule to rotate through your listings every week.

Why estate agents like it
Your photos, never altered
Listing photos are never changed by AI, only cropped to your post shape. The banner, price and rooms are stamped on by code, so the details are always right.
A sold house is never advertised

Where can I import listings from?
Paste your Property24 agent page to bring in all your listings at once. You can also paste the link to a single listing on Property24, Private Property or your agency's website, or add a listing by hand.
Does it change my listing photos?
No. Photos are never changed by AI, only cropped to your post shape, or shown whole with soft edges if you prefer.
What happens when a property sells?
Mark it Sold and you're offered a SOLD post to celebrate it. The listing moves off the market, and schedules stop posting it.
Can I use my agency's branding?
Yes. Use your logo and brand colours on the built-in banners, or upload your agency's own frame and the details go on top of it.
Can it make posts while I'm out on viewings?
Yes. Tell Ask SMMart "Mark 12 Main Road as sold and make a Sold post", by typing or talking, and it's ready for you to check when you're back.
